Our current processing time is 1-3 business days, with an additional 5-7 business days for delivery. Please know our team is working hard to ensure your package arrives safely and as quickly as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping carriers will transfer items between each other (UPS to USPS, DHL to USPS, etc.) This would also cause a delay in arrival.
While we always strive to ship out orders as quickly as possible, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery from order date. If you still have not received your order, please email us at info@faithfilledpromises.com and include your name and the order number in the subject line.

If your package gets lost, please e-mail us at info@faithfilledpromises.com and we will begin an investigation with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns.

We will gladly answer your questions about a product prior to purchasing.
Refused shipments are subject to a restocking fee – please contact us for more details.

Because orders are processed and shipped so quickly, we cannot cancel orders.
Please verify that your cart is complete and accurate before making your purchase, as all sales are final.

Damaged or broken items must be unused and reported within 1 week of delivery to be replaced, free of charge.
We encourage you to open your packages when you receive them to ensure the quality of each item.
